Why is it important?

Patient safety, organisational commitment and ethical leadership styles are very important for improving the quality of nursing care.

Perspectives

organisations look to increase performance and, as the results showed, EL positively affects OC and POPSC among nurses and this is the key to success. In other words, by increasing EL and effective leadership, we can achieve the results specified in the study model. In line with the results, it is suggested that nurse managers, observing and applying an EL style, should first try to improve OC, increase the POPSC in nurses and thus, improve the level of safety and quality care; because in this way, they can provide quality of care.
