What is it about?
Patient safety issues in ICU is a complex and broad inn all healthcare settings. To lessen and overcome such complexity, managers and employers should be a ware of any obstacles or issues that may hinders their care plan and reduce any patient safety events. Therefore, this study explored such issues and posed some recommendations to improve patient outcome in ICUs.

Why is it important?
In order to increase patient's survival rate in ICU, safety events should be identified by healthcare professionals and implement national strategies to decrease the mortality rate in such complex area.

Writing this article was an amazing opportunity for me to work with a well-knowing authors in this field. Bring up these critical issues to managers may open wider opportunity to improve their facilities, patient and staff satisfaction leading to a significant improvement in patient outcome.
