Perspectives

Congenital urethrovaginal fistula with the transverse vaginal septum is rare. We have herein described the first case in an adult of the Congenital urethrovaginal fistula with low transverse vaginal septum with no other urogenital abnormalities. The patient was successfully treated with excision of the septum and closure of the fistula.
