What is it about?

Cdon is an cell surface molecule that has been shown to involve in oligodendrocyte differentiation and myelination. In this current paper, we investigate the mechanisms of how Cdon regulate this process, and the functional role of a newly discovered Cdon target, TBK1.

Why is it important?

Our findings provide evidence that a Cdon‐TBK1 complex is associated with Akt phosphorylation and early OLG differentiation.
