What is it about?
Traceability of food products in the food chain is crucial for the performance of the food safety management systems. I have developed a practical tools for monitoring of the traceability systems in small food businesses, which can be applied in every food businesses. I have proposed a simple tools for improvement of the traceability systems.

Why is it important?
My proposal can be applied in monitoring of the traceability systems performance as well as it can be applied in improving of some areas of the food safety management systems, i.e. traceability and withdrawals.
Perspectives
All areas presented in my publication can be implemented in different kind of food businesses. All presented aspects can be added value to the theory of the food traceability.
