What is it about?

Drying of ginger and turmeric in the production catchment demands technological intervention to overcome inherent drawbacks of traditional sun drying. As drying affects texture and color, the study was carried out to see this two perspectives in products that were dried in a drying system designed and developed integrating solar and biomass as heat source.
