What is it about?

Many people are involved in the decision-making processes within court systems. We describe how one family drug court system used a structured problem-solving methodology to improve communication between all the parties involved.

The solutions implemented helped to improving the quality of the services provided by this court system, and this work provides an example from which others can learn to guide future improvement efforts.

Perspectives

Conducting this project and writing this article was a great pleasure as this work provided benefit for the community served by the court system studied.
