What is it about?

In this study, we provided the first evidence that GSK-3α and 3β was highly expressed in both normal and CRSsNP nasal mucosa. Moreover, we found that the GSK-3β activation index (GSK-3β/p-GSK-3β) was significantly correlated with NF-κB protein level in CRSsNP group, which may be a potential indicator for recurrent inflammation of CRSsNP.
