What is it about?
Honey poured from a sufficient height approaches a piece of toast in the form of a regular helical coil. This phenomenon has been called "liquid rope coiling". Based on this liquid rope coiling effect, we fabricated ceramic spring/coil. The geometric dimension and mechanical performance of the ceramic coil can be controlled by the process parameters.
