Dr. PC: A Multimedia Management Control Case*

What is it about?

Students are asked to develop a control system for a mobile PC repair firm. They then view a clip showing the actions of an egregious TV repair person and asked if the control system they proposed would be enough to prevent the issues seen. The answer is no so they are asked to improve their control system using Simons' Levers of Control as a guide.
