What is it about?
Tests the effect of county-wide policy concerning alcohol sales (wet - damp - dry) and how it effects arrest rates and accident rates. Finds that police per 1,000 is the only policy police that affects arrest rates; accident rates comparatively unaffected by either policy or police per 1,000.
