What is it about?

This article examines the proposal from policymakers to rely on international territorial administration in the Palestinian territories. After proposing a general set of criteria in which this type of intervention might be appropriate, the article concludes that the criteria are not met in the case of Palestine, and that trusteeship would be the wrong path to pursue peace.
