What is it about?

In this paper we intend to focus on the difficulty of changing the gender models dominant in organisations, by considering stories of men who have used their entitlement to take parental leave from work. We highlight the role that the practices of resistance and hegemony can play in the processes of change in gender cultures and orders in organisations, and show how the analysis of the narratives produced by organisational actors may represent a valid method for dealing with these sorts of issues
