the pathogy and clinial presentation differ from classic appendicitis .there are 5 diffeierent types .they may presnt as chronic recurrent right iliac fossa pain , without initial central abdominal pain

Perspectives

we need to be aware of the condition that have an average age at presentation is 39 years compared with 20 years for patient with acute appendicitis. The incidence is 1% in patients less than 30 years have age incidence account for 6% of appendicitis in patients more than 30 years of age .
