Why is it important?

It is the first publicatio, to our knowledge, to deal with incisional negative pressure therapy after wounds reconstruction and not only after sterile primer procedures.

Perspectives

This publication is well constructed, planned and reviewed. One drawback is the small sample as it would be so difficult to conduct a big number study in this cohort of patients, considering the incisional negative pressure therapy is still a novel therapy and not widely used.
