There is hardly any person who doesn't have a digital device these days. More and more people get hooked to this so-called technology that it nearly impossible to think of life without it. Though this kind of technology was meant to make life better, it has turned to be somewhat of an epidemic that is hard to eradicate. This article highlights the less known effects resulting from unhealthy usage of such devices, giving particular emphasis to the simple measures that can prevent them. Getting this message across to a wide population especially the younger generation is vital. Technology has proved time and again that it can be a boon and a bane at the same time.
