What is it about?
The article is about the financial, political and legal influence and the impacts US private foundations led by speculators and inanciers have on the European Court of human rights in times of austerity regarding both the structure of the court and its jurisprudence. Through this influence and their funding of main NGOs litigating the European Court, private foundations are able to orient significantly the case law delivered by the Court and to make Russia (an enemy of Wall Street) more condemned and a special target.
