Why is it important?

The judicial performance of the Europen Court of Human Rights has not been covered much so far as it is the frontier between juridical sciences and management of international institutions. Much has been written on the quality of justice by national Tribunals, but not on the justice given by international Courts whereas they face the same concern.

Perspectives

This publication offers new perspectives as to the analysis of the reforms of International Courts under the managerial approach.
