What is it about?

This paper explores Pentecostal churches in Nairobi in two separate month-long periods, July 2016 and January 2017 to examine their response, if any, to the meteorological department alerts of poor rains. It also considers the Churches' take on actual water rationing by the Nairobi water and sewerage company.
