Why is it important?
There are various causes that could lead to left ventricular hypertrophy. Especially, when rapid progressive left ventricular hypertrophy is observed, infiltrative cardiomyopathy (including cancer cell infiltration) also should be considered.
Perspectives
Clinicians' suspicion is highly important when there noted changes in EKG or echographic findings. Especially, comparison with the previous test is essential.
