What is it about?
God attempts to accomplish his mission through human agency, his church. The Holy Spirit is the crucial workforce that should be the core in our mission. Cross-cultural workers have to deliberately be working together with Spirit and should be led by the Spirit.

Why is it important?
Mission which God commanded his church to achieve does belong to him, not to church. Jesus guaranteed the Holy Spirit to his disciples, and to clothes him before going to the world. This Holy Spirit assists them to be witnesses of Christ from Jerusalem to the end of the world as the Lord commanded. It means that the church has to play partnership with the Holy Spirit to accomplish God’s mission.
Perspectives
I hope this article would be a reminder of a necessity of working with the Holy Spirit in missions that we are involved with. . Through help of the Holy Spirit, we can accomplish far greater work.
