Perspectives
I think we shouldn't mix different etiologies in chronic respiratory failure. Each etiology request a different management, to obtain better outcomes. Although mortality is the main outcome, we need different and new outcomes, like Health Status, that we can follow up and improve it, based on a more personalizes management
