What is it about?

Defects of earlobe may be present since birth in some children. These defects can be easily repaired by surgery using a tiny flap. This method is easy to learn and apply.

Why is it important?

We have provided a simple method to repair these uncommon defects. It is easy to replicate this flap technique by ear surgeons, plastic and reconstructive surgeons.

Perspectives

Seeing the paucity of methods to repair similar defects of earlobe, we decided to design this flap. we applied this method for few patients and the results were good. We hope readers try out this technique and find it useful.
