What is it about?
The origin of asthma bronchiale is not completely understood. Recent studies support the role of the innate immune system, representative ILC2 and sST2. Furthermore, it could be demonstrated that an infection with rhinovirus aggravates asthma bronchiale, whereas it is discussed that vitamin D3 could be a curative approach.
