What is it about?

More than fifty percent of attempts to quit smoking in the UK are not successful. Exercise has been shown to be beneficial in helping some people cope with withdrawal symptoms, but it is not known now this works. We found that mice that exercise have less severe nicotine withdrawal, as well as changes in an area of the brain associated with memory.
