G protein-coupled receptors not currently in the spotlight: free fatty acid receptor 2 and GPR35

What is it about?

Although certain members of the G protein-coupled receptor family are the molecular targets for a wide range of therapeutic medicines, many members of the family are yet to be targeted in this way. The current review considers why this might be the case and uses two examples to illustrate the challenges.
