What is it about?
Soy phytoestrogens play an important role in current natural hormone replacement therapies, for which efficacy remains an important issue. In the present study, we illustrate the use of in vitro estrogenicity of genistein together with a PBK model based reverse dosimetry to predicted oral dose levels of genistein that will exert estrogenic responses in human in vivo.
