What is it about?

There is a lack of therapies that can address the underlying inflammation in the lungs of patients with COPD. We show that the natural products, isorhapontogenin and resveratrol, show promising anti-inflammatory activity in airway epithelial cells with isorhapontogenin showing increased bioavailability at levels that may be of benefit to patients.
