What is it about?
The ultra-rapidly activating delayed rectifier K+ current IKur (Kv1.5) plays an important role in human atrial repolarization. We demonstrate that EGFR tyrosine kinase and soluble Src-family kinases have opposite regulation on human atrial IKur.
