Why is it important?
Sexuality is an important topic and is often overlooked when talking about the lives of people with intellectual disability. It is equally important to listen to what they have to say about their lives. This article combines doing research about sexuality with promoting the voice of people with intellectual disability.
Perspectives
This article shows the importance of listening to people with intellectual disability and creating opportunities for them to have their voice heard about what matters in their lives, such as sexuality.
