What is it about?

Consumer teledermoscopy open the door for a new approach to skin self examination and is promising for surveillance of skin lesions. This investigation demonstrates that high quality dermoscopic images can be taken by consumers/patients at home at their convenience.

This pilot study will lead to a paradigm shift in the care path of suspicious skin lesions and encourages consumer empowerment.


For many years we have the vision of early diagnosis of melanoma by one click and this study brings as a step closer to this overarching goal.
