What is it about?

We honor and detail the contributions of Marshall Klaus to great improvements in maternal newborn care. His work has led to immediate skin-to-skin contact mother -newborn, the elimination of central nurseries, replaced by immediate rooming in, and the development and research on the positive effect of doulas.
