Manipulating the immature spine of a newborn baby or a small child, as some chiropractors are doing to correct alleged vertebral subluxations, is an unnecessary and dangerous practice that should be opposed.

Perspectives

As a retired chiropractor, I do not recommend or support any form of chiropractic care for preadolescent children without the supervision of a board-certified pediatrician or orthopedist.
