remembering this condition and all the clues to the diagnosis can avoid tragic consequences.also at thetime and age , 100 years after valentinos death, appendicitis should not be considered purley a clinical diagnosis .

the possibility of making a clinical diagnosis of appendicitis and then leaving a patient overnight without excluding other serious conditions such as VS can lead to fatal results.
