The technology is available. this technology enable a surgeon in theatre what is happening live with his students , collegaues in next door theatre or remove surgeons .also can be stored for future reference

It assists a surgeon in asking for remote help and advice from a colleague or more experienced surgeon. It also enables the students to observe the operation without causing overcrowding in the theatre,. l post-operatively. It is an especially useful tool for surgical audits. . It also helps in medico-legal cases as it will save time and effort in explaining what happens exactly during operations
Perspectives
on long term it well improve the surgical outcome,by having immediate effect and future effect as it make our work more trasparent from future eaarning off mistakes and medicolegal aspect
