What is it about?

This paper is a retrospective review of all sperm donor applicants in the Boston area over a 10 year period of time. We demonstrated a significant decline in sperm count and motility, as well as a decline in sperm motility after freezing and thawing. There was no change in the age or other demographic characteristics of the study population. Thus this decline was considered a true decline in sperm parameters.
