Perspectives
We believe that the protective effects of FSE against CIS-reproductive toxicity is mediated primarily through both the inhibition of apoptosis and the abrogation of oxidative stress and iNOS and NF-jB inflammatory response associated with CIS treatment. These observations are of clinical importance as FSE could be a promising target to halt this serious testicular toxicity induced by CIS.
