What is it about?
This article explains how wildlife crime cases have weak success which was contributed by weak governance. Weak governance resulted to poor conviction rates of the wildlife criminals which was caused by weak evidence, failure of the prosecution to prove cases beyond reasonable doubt, lack of cooperation between the zonal game office and the director of public prosecution, and in some cases, the accused jumped their bails. All of these are indicators of weak governance.
