This study looks at the usefulness of certain new blood tests to diagnose concussion or mild traumatic brain injury.

Why is it important?

There are several reasons why it is important to be able to diagnose concussion, including knowing when people can go back to work or sports. Currently there is no ideal way to diagnose concussion, so our ability to advise people regarding return to work or play is limited.
