Why is it important?

Ultrasound is a complex skill to acquire but is a valuable tool for clinicians. Radiology and Cardiology have shared their expertise in ultrasound to positively impact patient care.

Perspectives

This program is quite unique and the clinical quality outcomes of collaborating have been excellent. It is a challenge to all hospitals to consider collaborating between departments to share expertise for best patient care.
