What is it about?
Here, a new modality of intestinal dialysis using Polyethylene Glycol was tried to tackle three problems; achieve weight loss during inter-dialytic period, try to reduce the thirst by the act of drinking and achieve additional clearance of metabolic parameters before Hemodialysis in return solve constipation issue.

Why is it important?
High Inter Dialytic Weight Gain and Hyperkalemia have been associated with high morbidity and mortality in Hemodialysis patients. Thirst in Hemodialysis patients continues to remain an unsolved problem leading to high Inter Dialytic Weight Gain.
