What is it about?
Many studies have demonstrated the benefits of eConsults on Access to care, cost, and efficiency. However, few have examined impact on patients or engagement of patients. In this study, we explore the potential for diverse patients to engage in eConsults from the perspectives of patients, primary care clinicians and specialty physicians.
