What is it about?
As a leading global expert in biomedical research with emphasis on reproductive immunology/urology/fertility and women's health research, I strongly advocate ethical human subject research with written informed consent of eligible study participants and meaningful timeline-based outcomes-based research with an eventual public health impact. Plagiarism and breach of privacy in confidential research data and lead authorship disputes are emerging as key issues in good scientific research and therefore scientific/clinical community should follow the core tenets of bioethics in conducting and reporting patient-centric research. Caesarean myomectomy and pregnancy-related disorders/complications should be addressed cost-effectively; the safety of a novel transendometrial approach for caesarean myomectomy on obstetric outcomes should be assessed in future replicative studies in diverse population subsets of women of varying genetic landscapes.

Why is it important?
My article has considerable public health research impact and provides a crisp snapshot of innovative clinical interventions in cost-effective management of reproductive pathophysiologies in women worldwide.
Perspectives
I, Dr. Saumya Pandey Ph.D., have comprehensive medical research experience in human subjects research as well as life sciences. Recently, I have made significant clinical research contributions in the women's health research field including reproductive immunology, fertility, tobacco-mediated infertility and female urology and therefore constantly endeavor to adhere to good practice research globally with a public health-oriented research impact in my publications! Women's health research warrants concerted and collaborative efforts by leading experts as well as early-stage scientists or physicians in nascent phases of medical research, so as to build an eventual patient-friendly cost-effective public health research model in reproductive health management. Impact of an innovative, safe and patient-friendly transendometrial strategy/intervention for caesarean myomectomy on obstetric outcomes of subsequent pregnancy warrants future research in ethnically disparate patient-population subsets.
