What is it about?
My article strategically discusses the public health significance of late terminations of pregnancy affecting comparisons of stillbirth rates in Europe; stillbirth trends have increased tremendously in recent times and cost-effective public health research models are warranted to diminish the increasing trends in pregnancy-related morbidities and mortalities in women of ethnically disparate populations worldwide. Core tenets of bioethics including written informed consent of human study subjects should be stringently followed for high-quality clinical research and eventual enhanced patient-satisfaction rates towards timely interventions and innovative research designs in management of reproductive health on a global platform.

Why is it important?
I, Dr. Saumya Pandey PH.D., feel that the strong clinical and public health research impact of my impressive publication provides tremendous opportunities for future research in timeline-driven clinical research protocols adhering to highest standards of scientific integrity and ensuring the safety of human study subjects, especially women cohorts involved in reproductive immunology/medicine research studies. I have a brilliant track record in biomedical research publications with academic medical research exposures at premier medical centers in States of New York, Texas and Nebraska, USA and in my homecountry India, and therefore would like to see further growth in the women's health research field.
Perspectives
My article has significant public health research impact; however I would like to suggest that sample size, written informed consent and scientific integrity are essential for high-quality clinical research with meaningful interpretation of data. I, Dr. Saumya Pandey Ph.D., am strongly of the opinion that global experts in reproductive medicine, female urology, fertility and biomedical research should adhere to ethical guidelines in conducting research involving human subjects, including women and any perceived stigma, psychosocial distress, financial burden, etc, associated with stillbirth should be addressed in a cost-effective patient-friendly manner. Differential stillbirth trends in Europe, Asia Pacific including India, USA, Denmark, Latin America, etc, should be further investigated with a collaborative multicentric prospective study design so that a statistically significant sample size with large subsets of women participants may yield bias-free, reproducible results for eventual design of predictive biomarkers for stillbirth susceptibility in women of varying genetic landscapes.
