What is it about?

Rat poisons are chemicals that may be used inintentional contamination of milk. Undetected contamination of milk from a single farm may lead to potential health hazards in human consumers. The objective of this study was to determine the suitability of yoghurt culture as an indicator to detect rat poison in milk.
