Why is it important?

This study suggests that policies towards supporting a female household, controlling the birthrate of a household and alleviating regional disparity, especially with a focus on rural areas and the Southern Province will be effective, which was not addressed previously in Rwanda's development.

Perspectives

Rwanda's development is so fast in urban areas, especially in Kigali, and it should be also focused on enhancing rural farmers' income and living conditions together.
