Understanding technology engagement & digitization margins for the vulnerable is going to be key for UN SDG goals worldwide after the Covid-19 pandemic.
Perspectives
One hopes this article, a collaborative work with Armman and economists will showcase that instead of blind digitisation & a technology assault, a nuanced approach at various margins by the policy maker may enhance welfare gains from digitisation for the poor and vulnerable, post pandemic in LMICs especially towards achieving the UN SDGs.
