FungalRoot v.2.0 – an empirical database of plant mycorrhizal traits

What is it about?

FungalRoot is the world largest database containing data about plant-fungal symbiosis, the mycorrhiza. It allows large scale assessments of the roles of mycorrhiza in ecosystem functioning. Here we introduce an updated release of FungalRoot (v2.0) and we respond to the letter of Bueno et al. (2021) that questions processed we used to the assemble and validate data in the earlier version of FungalRoot (v1.0).
