What is it about?

Mitochondria are important sources of ATP and other metabolites in plants, and they contain their own genome with complex regulatory mechanisms. We discover two proteins that are required for normal mitochondrial DNA organization and that when disrupted compromise accumulation of proteins essential for ATP production, but at the same time enhance plant heat tolerance.
