What is it about?
K<sup>+</sup> is one of the most important element for plants, while, K<sup>+</sup> in soil is limited. We found that transcription factor MYB77 positively regulates high-affinity K<sup>+</sup> uptake by binding promoter of K<sup>+</sup> transporter HAK5, and promoting its expression.
